Are you someone who is passionate about including others, thinks innovatively, and with great engagement wants to create better everyday lives for the people of Gothenburg? Then we are looking for you!

We are looking for an administrator with responsibility as a planner for supported housing in the northeast (Angered).

About the position

As a planner within supported housing, you are responsible for planning, creating, and adjusting schedules for clients and employees. You ensure that schedules are well-balanced and that the clients' needs are met. The role also involves responsibility for the supported housing's intervention planning based on decisions and assignments from authorities that must be implemented for each respective client.

At the unit, you will be one of two planners working closely with the unit manager, support educators, support assistants, and other planners.

The work requires a good understanding of people with complex needs and challenging problems, which must be ensured based on an individual implementation plan. As a planner, you play an important role in the startup process for each client as well as in ongoing cases to ensure that interventions are carried out within decided timeframes.

You actively work with clients' intervention schedules to ensure that approved interventions are planned and carried out. Based on clients' needs, employees' leave, sick leave, and other absence, you work to ensure that staffing is always sufficient.

Through communication with clients and employees, you revise and update schedules based on changed needs and conditions. In the role, you also collaborate with the Staffing and Recruitment Unit Northeast to ensure staffing needs and booking of substitutes during absence.

The position includes participation in networks for LVS (Supported Housing) and schedule planners, introduction of new employees and substitutes, as well as handling of phones.

In your work, you apply laws, agreements, and regulations concerning scheduling and working time management. You work primarily in the systems Time Care Planning, Welfare, and Treserva.

The work is scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday.

About you

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education or other education that the employer considers equivalent. For the position, you are required to have documented experience of administrative work with scheduling as well as good computer skills.

The work requires very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as communication, documentation, and secure handling of information are part of the tasks. You therefore need to have passed Swedish 1 or Swedish as a Second Language 1. If you do not meet the language requirement, you may be offered to take a language test through the test provider Educateit.

It is meritorious if you have experience of the administrative systems Treserva, Welfare, and/or Time Care. Knowledge of laws and agreements concerning scheduling is also considered meritorious.

It is also meritorious if you have experience of working with the target group of people with intellectual and psychiatric disabilities.

To succeed in the role as a planner, we see that you are communicative, collaboration-oriented, and adapt your communication to the recipient, target group, and situation. You express yourself clearly both orally and in writing, and ensure that information and messages reach their destination.

You have a good ability to see opportunities in changes and can prioritize and handle several tasks simultaneously. You are meticulous, work focused, and care about details.

You have an understanding of the organization's mission, see your work as part of a larger context, and understand how it affects and is affected by other parts of the organization.

We look forward to reading your application!
